Pomegranate & Ginger infused cranberry sauce with chunks of navel oranges makes a sauce that is good on EVERYTHING. It is great on desserts, waffles, with turkey and dressing, on leftover turkey sandwiches…. LITERALLY EVERY DANG THANG! Everytime I make this delicious concoction I wonder why I only make it once a year.

- 4 cups Fresh Cranberries
- 3 large navel oranges segmented
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice OR the juice from one pomegranate
- 3 inches fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 cup granulated stevia in the raw OR your favorite sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar OR light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons liquid fruit pectin
- 1/4 cup spring water

- Rinse cranberries and add them to a small sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup water & stevia (or your favorite sugar)
- Bring to a boil in medium high heat. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring often. Use a large spoon to mash berries as you stir.
- Segment orange over a bowl catch the juices. Allow segments to sit in juice until the last step.
- If using a fresh pomegranate- seed pomegranate into a strainer resting on a bowl. Reserve juices to use for later
- Add honey, coconut sugar, cinnamon & ginger. Mix well & Boil for 10 minutes
- Mash berries into sauce as it gently boils
- Add pomegranate & orange juice from bowl of segments to cranberry mixture
- Boil for another 10 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in orange segments.
- Enjoy hot, warm, or cold on anything and everything!
